Nicole Midwin

Nicole Frances Midwin (born June 5, 1978) is an American fashion model and professional beach volleyball player.
Early life and education
Of Italian descent, in 2003, she was inducted into the Archbishop Mitty Hall of Fame as a member of the 1995 women's volleyball team. In 2010, she graduated from West Valley College.
Volleyball career
Midwin played volleyball at California State University, Northridge In 2003, she joined the Association of Volleyball Professionals as a beach volleyball player.
Modeling
Midwin was discovered by fashion designer Peter Nygård while playing beach volleyball in Marina Del Rey and began modeling for Nygård International in 2003. She subsequently modeled for Dillard's and Extreme Gym. She has also modeled for Playboy, starting with a Women of the AVP feature on Playboy Plus in 2004.
Volunteer work
In 2005 Midwin ran as a candidate for the Grassroots Venice Neighborhood Council in Venice, California, to represent District 7 (Canals/Peninsula/South Beach/Silver Strand). As part of her modeling work Midwin supported the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and visited and donated to Hurricane Katrina Victims.
