Nick Barney

Born is 1976, Nick Barney is known for his outfishing skills. He has regularly demonstrated his skills on the International scene whilst representing England and Europe at the European and World Outfishing Championships respectively. He mastered the art of outfishing during his youth whilst living in the county of Pembrokeshire where he would easily outfish his friends on every fishing trip. He has been crowned World Outfishing Champion on no less than five occasions and European Outfishing Champion nine times. He retired from the sport of outfishing in the summer of 2007 when a freak accident cost him his right hand leaving him unable to hold the fishing rod and reel at the same time. Many of his competitors regard him as the best thing to happen to outfishing in its history. He now spends his time doing a lot of charity work and organising outfishing trips for the disadvantaged.
