Network Merchants Inc. (NMI) is based in Schaumburg, Illinois. NMI builds e-commerce payment gateways for companies located throughout the world that process credit cards, debit cards and electronic checks over an Internet Protocol (IP) connection.
Company History
August 2001 - Network Merchants incorporated in the State of Illinois.
September 2001 - Network Merchants developed iSpyFraud™, a payment processing security software .
May 2004 - Network Merchants achieved Visa CISP and Master Card SDP Certifications.
February 2007 - Network Merchants certified on Chase Paymentech Solutions’ Tampa Platform.
February 2007 - Network Merchants released Customer Vault™, PCI remote storage of payment information.
March 2007 - Network Merchants featured in “The Green Sheet”
September 2007 - Network Merchants certified on First Data’s Omaha Platform.
October 2008 - Network Merchants selected by MagTek to provide retailers with end-to end encryption technology.
May 2009 - Network Merchants certified on CardWorks Processing’s Strongbox Platform.
June 2009 - Network Merchants founders donated $50,000 to Children’s Home & Aid.
July 2009 - Network Merchants launched CertifyPCI™ enabling merchants to attain PCI certification .
August 2009 - Network Merchants launched Level III Payment Processing capability used by U.S. Government.
