Neopolitan Business Park

The Neopolitan Business Park is a 30-hectare commercial lot located in Barangay Greater Lagro and Barangay Pasong Putik in Novaliches, Quezon City in the Philippines, near the junctions of Quirino Highway and Regalado Avenue. There is no single association governing the area.
The area is home to 2 large malls, the SM City Fairview and the Robinsons Place Novaliches. A mall owned by the Ayalamalls is currently being constructed in that area. The malls had been main attractions to the people from the Novaliches and Caloocan areas, particularly to the students from the Lagro Area, which is home to several schools and universities. Currently there are no skyscrapers in that area, but there are some small buildings around Regalado Avenue. Many parts of the land are still for sale.
The land is also known as the Quirino Highway Industrial Center, after Quirino Highway, the main thoroughfare in the area, and as the SM-Robinson Loop, after the traffic system imposed by MMDA in the roads surrounding the land.
Traffic Management
Like other industrial districts in the Philippines, a large number of vehicles passes through the area everyday. Unlike other roads near other industrial centers in the Philippines however, Quirino Highway and Regalado Avenue (which both have 4 lanes for both direction) have no capacity in holding much traffic.
In 2004, a new road was built beside SM City Fairview, the Belfast Avenue. The MMDA then imposed a one-way traffic system in the 6 main thoroughfares in that area, the Maligaya Drive, the Belfast Avenue, the Mindanao Avenue, the Palm Drive, Quirino Highway and Regalado Avenue.
In addition to that, Quirino Highway was widened to 8-lanes and Regalado Avenue to 6-lane, wherein 2 lanes are reserved for loading and unloading of Public Utility Vehicles. A divider was built in Quirino Highway to Belfast to prevent weaving.
All northbounders in Quirino Highway must turn right to Belfast Avenue. From Belfast, turning right in Mindanao Avenue provides access to Commonwealth Avenue, While turning left leads to Regalado Avenue. From Mindanao Avenue, turning right to Regalado leads to Commonwealth Avenue and turning left takes you back in Quirino Highway. From Regalado to Quirino highway,turning right leads to Maligaya Road, the SM City Fairview , Robinsons Novaliches and Belfast again. Southbounders in Quirino Highway can continue along the road, but in order for them to access Regalado and Mindanao Avenue, they must continue through the Highway and take Belfast Avenue.
