Inverness Retail and Business Park is a large shopping complex on the outskirts of Inverness, Scotland. The park has an approximate overall size of some 236,768 sq ft, spread over 15 units, across 2 shopping terraces.

The Retail Park serves as a shopping centre for not just the inner Moray Firth area, but also as a regional centre for the North of Scotland. It provides an imposing gateway to the the east of Inverness, and serves as an alternative to Inverness city centre. The park also has the norths largest and only multiplex cinema. There is parking at the park for over 1000 vehicles.

Inverness Retail and Business Park is located on Eastfield Way off Aberdeen Road (A96) at West Seafield on the outskirts of the city of Inverness. The Centre is six miles from the city centre, preferably the best access is to come from Millburn Road, not from Raigmore Interchange where it is on the other side of the road if coming from the South.
