Nehru Park, Akola It is a public park located near Gorakshan road, Akola. It is managed by B.S. Deshmukh. It has a planetarium, Laser Shows, Bravery toys, Science park, Kid's play area, a lawn, a roller coaster, e.t.c. Planetarium - It is the only second planetarium in Vidarbha. The dome is blue on outside, and has a statue of Spiderman on top. Inside there is seating arrangement for 10 to 20 people. Laser show- This laser show is a nice one. The timing of this shows is 7:30 and 8:00. Bravery toys- There are 110 Toys in this section. The most popular rides are Training area, Flying cycle, Baby roller coaster, the Bridge, Roller bridge, Flying horse, mini jet, e.t.c. Science park- It is yet to open. There are 2 rabbits, many pidgeons and a parrot. There is a Mini Train ride. There is a canteen. |
