Nathan Turvey is a presenter on BBC Hereford & Worcester, weekdays between 3 and 6pm. Nathan has recently returned to BBC Hereford & Worcester after working for the BBC TV Inside Out programme and BBC TV Look North programme in Leeds. Before that he worked for a year on the BBC Local TV pilot He has also presented reports on BBC Midlands Today Nathan joined BBC Hereford & Worcester in 1998 while he was still at University. He started by presenting the Early Breakfast Show for two years and has also worked as a radio car reporter and newsreader. He presented the "Drivetime" slot on BBC Hereford & Worcester for nearly four years and the Saturday Breakfast Show for six years. As well as working at BBC H&W, he has also been heard on BBC Radio Northampton, BBC Radio Derby and he currently stands in for shows on BBC Radio Leeds. Born in Northamptonshire, before joining the BBC, Nathan spent several years working for the Department of Social Security. |
