Natalia Narysheva

Natalia Germanovna Narysheva (; 19 September 1972)is a candidate of Juridical Science, Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental and Land Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University Faculty of Law. She was born on September 19, 1972 in Kiselevsk, Kemerovskaya region.
Education
She entered Lomonosov Moscow State University Faculty of Law in 1989 and graduated in 1994. She studied full-time at the graduate school of the abovementioned faculty in the Department of Environmental and Land Law from 1994 to 1997. She defended the candidate’s dissertation on the “Compensation for the Damage Caused by Violation of the Legislation on Environmental Protection and Natural Resources” (thesis supervisor - O.I. Krassov, Professor) on April 24, 1998 . The defense took place at the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University .
Career
Natalia Narysheva started working in the Faculty of Law in the position of Assistant of the Department of Environmental and Land Law on February 1, 1998. She took a position of Associate Professor on September 1, 2003. Natalia Narysheva has been teaching a lecture course on environmental law since 1999. She also taught a lecture course on land law and a special course “Compensation for Damage Caused by Environmental Offense” . Her academic interests include compensation for damage to environment. Besides the defended dissertation, she authored and published a number of research papers on peculiarities of determining the amount of damages incurred as a result of environmental offense, responsibility of governmental and municipal authorities for damage to environment, and issues of effectiveness of compensation for damage to environment.
Natalia Narysheva focuses on legal regulation of agricultural land use and protection in her academic work, including the turnover of land plots among agricultural lands, formation of land plots on account of land shares and changing the agricultural land use provisions. She has published a series of research papers on legal issues of using, conservation, protection, and regeneration of city forest from 2010 to 2012, as well as the issues of allocation of public ownership of city forest land, giving the status of city forest and developing legislation on city forest. In 2011, Natalia Narysheva took part in the research work on the issues of state environmental supervision carried out on the basis of the state contract signed between the Faculty of Law and the Russian Federation Ministry of Natural Resources.
Currently, he teaches a course at Moscow State University. Published a series of research articles on legal issues of the use, protection and reproduction of the urban forest, which at the moment is very actual for Moscow
The main activities
The main area of practice of Natalia Narysheva is standing for business entities in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction over land disputes , proceedings related to state registration of rights to land plots and other immovables, cases of challenging acts and actions (or inaction) of state and municipal authorities, as well as cases of bankruptcy.
Legislative activity
In addition, she provides legal support to agricultural organizations and institutions engaged in investment activities in the construction sector. She helped to develop the project rules in the field of land use, urban development, and construction activities within the territory of the Skolkovo Innovation Center in 2011 and 2012.
