Morgan Jackson

Morgan Jackson (born October 3, 1985), better known by his stage name “Mo Greene”, is an American rap artist. Mo Greene is currently signed to The Bird Call Productions.
Biography
Personal life
Mo Greene was born in New York to an African American father and Jewish mother. After High School Mo Greene attended Northwestern University where he graduated with a degree in communications. During his sophomore year Mo Greene earned a spot performing at Northwestern’s famed Dillo Day Festival in front of more than a thousand people. He gained so much popularity at Northwestern that he, along with The Bird Call Productions producer, Ruwanga Samath, remade the Northwestern Fight Song, “GO U N.U.”, into a hip hop version.
Career
In 2004 Mo Greene began working with up and coming producer, and CEO of The Bird Call Productions, Ruwanga Samath. Mo Greene created a lot of noise with his fresh sound and razor sharp lyrics leading to an appearance on Norah Jones’ upcoming remix album.
A couple of Mo Greene's songs consist of Go U (Northwestern University's Theme Song), Who Dat There, Yes We Can, My Type, The Winner is, Lost in the Haze, Wild Wild West, What I Smoke to, NU Swagg, and Addicted.
==="Make it to the Sun"===
In September 2008 Mo Greene, along with fellow artist Maxwell D was featured on the Bird Call Productions song “Make it to the Sun”. Make it to the Sun urged citizens to lend their vote to Democratic Presidential Candidate Barack Obama if they wanted change.
