MorDance

MorDance is a contemporary ballet company based in New York, New York. The company was founded in January 2013 and is a registered non-profit organization. MorDance is the current resident dance company of the Sheen Center.
History
Founded in 2013, the company had its premiere season in May 2013 at the Manhattan Movement and Arts Center. In
August the group performed at Dance at Socrates, and from November 1-3, at CounterPointe.
In May 2014 the company opened their spring season as the first company to perform at The Sheen Center. In September, of that year they were in residency at The Silo at Kirkland Farm.
In February 2015 they were in residency at Mana Contemporary; from June 4-6 they opened their spring season at The Sheen Center. On August 14 they performed at Sounds of the City with Nilko Andres and Serafim Smiglevsky.
In 2016 they will have their third season at the Sheen Center.
