Mohammad Quayum

Mohammad A. Quayum (born June 30, 1954) is an academic, writer, editor and translator.
Life
He was born in Gopalganj, Bangladesh in 1954. He has taught at universities in Australia, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Singapore, and is currently Professor of English at the International Islamic University Malaysia, and Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Education, Humanities and Law at Flinders University, Australia.
He is the founding editor of Asiatic: IIUM Journal of English Language and Literature, and has published 24 books to date in various areas of literature.
