modilo ab is a Finnish company with headquarters in Mariehamn on the Åland islands. modilo was one of the first Scandinavian companies to provide location aware services for businesses with mobile requirements for intuitive "smart" handling of planning, management and tracking. The technology used is proprietary smartphone features like GPS/GPRS, in combination with traditional back-office ERP-systems. modilo has representation in Sweden and Finland, but providing services over the web makes the presence practically “borderless”. In May 2010 the company changed its name from Atlit to modilo, in order to more clearly broadcast the focus on SaaS, mobility and smartphone services. |
