MLIA

MLIA or My Life Is Average is a website that is spin off of http://fmylife.com/. It can be found at http://mylifeisaverage.com/. On this site, you may submit stories of common day occurrences where they will be voted on by the community. After being submitted, they are moderated by several users. If the users vote "yes" then the story is posted. After being posted, you can click on the story I.D. to leave a comment. The stories typically begin with "Today," and end with "MLIA" (an acronym standing for: My Life Is Average.)
MLIA and FML are both "blogging" sites where you submit stories. Sites such as these have become a new trend, and are changing the internet forever. Previously, professional editors would type news articles which you would then read. Now, people are typing entertaining everyday stories onto blogs such as these for people to enjoy. These sites are also fast becoming a new method of communication.
Typically, submissions on MLIA tend to be of a more ironic nature than those on fmylife.com or Mylifeisg.com. It also distinguishes itself from these related sites due to the propensity of submissions to follow distinct trends. Recent trends include Harry Potter references, expressing love for random strangers, and submissions regarding cats and/or dogs.
The site is meant for all the people with the average heart and mind alike. The community is one big average family, that discourages bad grammer.
Are YOU average enough for us?
