Mitch Craft

Mitch Craft (born September 22, 1985) is a former professional American football linebacker and actor.
He played college football at Southern Miss.
Professional career
Arizona Rattlers
Signed with the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League on December 3, 2008. The league voted to fold operations for the upcoming 2009 season on December 15, 2008.
Lafayette Wildcatters
Signed a one-year contract with the Lafayette Wildcatters of the Southern Indoor Football League on February 11, 2009. Craft was the SIFL Linebacker of the Year and was also a first-team all league selection. In the 2009 season, he tallied 48 combined tackles, 3 sacks, 2 tackles for loss, 1 fumble recovery and a blocked kick that he also returned for a touchdown. In December 14, 2009, Craft signed another one-year contract with the Wildcatters to come back and play for the 2010 season. That contract made Craft the highest paid defensive player in the SIFL at the time. During the 2010 season, Craft recorded 62 combined tackles, 8.5 sacks, 7 tackles for loss, 4 forced fumbles and had 3 interceptions. He won the Linebacker of the Year award for the second year in a row and helped lead the Wildcatters to another winning season that ended in the playoffs with a loss to the future season champions, Columbus Lions. Craft signed to come back for a third season but just one week before the 2011 season opener, the Wildcatter organization folded operations due to worker’s compensation insurance issues. He ended his two-year tenure with the Wildcatters as the team’s all-time career leader in tackles (110) and sacks (11.5). Craft was also the only player in Wildcatters franchise history to be named twice to All-SIFL accolades.
