Misery of Sound From , the free encyclopedia Misery of Sound is a Goth/Deathrock/Horrorpunk Club night based in sunny Blackpool.The club night has been running since March 2006.The club was set up by DJ Grimly Fiendish to give people something different to Blackpool's run of the mill alternative music/club/band nights, as there are plenty of Punk and Metal events that already exist. The official Misery of Sound website can be found @ Where Regular clubs nights are at the Westcoast Rock Cafe, Abingdon street, Blackpool FY1 1DG, North West England. When Club nights are usually the third Friday of each month, this is subject to change. Please check the website for details. Bands Bands who have played Misery of Sound include: Bella Morte The Last Dance Pro-Jekt Screams of Cold Winter Deviant UK Screaming Banshee Aircrew Zombina and the Skeletones Devilish Presley Uninvited Guest Eternal Fall Blind Before Dawn Violet Vortex to name quite a few.......... DJ's Guest DJ's who have featured at Misery of Sound include: DJ Kristen DJ Miss 616 DJ Batastrophe DJ Lucrectius DJ De'ath DJ Cavey Nik DJ Nekro Manik to name a few........... Mis-Fest Mis-Fest is a goth festival ran by the MOS team. The first fest was a weekend event from 20-21st June 08. The second festival is on 19th June & 20th June 09.
