Michael Racz (the “R” in RDA International) co-founded the Agency in 1976 with Gail Dessimoz and has pursued its “Special Interest Advertising” approach successfully for the past thirty-three years. His charter has always been to serve clients with enthusiastic customers, people who are sophisticated, knowledgeable and passionate. Michael believes that communicating to these customers is far more fun, as they are more interested in the Agency’s message; but also more challenging because these customers are among the most knowledgeable in the marketplace. Michael Racz’s career began in account management at some of New York’s largest and finest ad agencies (McCann Erickson, Compton, DDB Worldwide, FCB - now Draftfcb, and B&B). At FCB, he was Director of Marketing & New Product Development, responsible for dreaming up new products for Clairol and Bristol-Myers Squibb. At Compton and B&B, he applied his new product development expertise to Procter & Gamble, and was responsible for the launch of such evergreen packaged goods successes such as , Duncan Hines Specialty Mixes and Folgers Coffee.
