Merrick Hanna

Merrick William Hanna (born March 22, 2005) is an American popping and animation style dancer, mainly focusing on dancing like a robot. He was featured on the Ellen Show, participated in SYTYCD The Next Generation, performed a lip sync on Lip Sync Battle Shorties, and has been a performer in commercials for H&M, Honda Odyssey, Gap Kids, and more. He was also featured on the 12th season of America's Got Talent, receiving four "yes" votes from the judges, as well as advancing to the live shows. In the quarter finals he once again impressed the judges, and was voted through to the semi finals by the American public, but was eliminated. As of August 20, 2017, the video depicting Hanna's audition has clocked up over 13 million views on YouTube and trended #1.
Merrick has also acted as part of professional summer Shakespeare runs of Much Ado About Nothing and . He has also been invited to vidcon2018 lately, where he performed his flo-bot dance with several dancers. Up until now, he has got 489k followers on instagram.
Personal life
Hanna lives in Encinitas, California as well as the lessons he took at his local YMCA. He also played the piano but now focuses on dancing.
