Max Kaur

Max Kaur (b. on December, 9th 1969 Tallinn, Estonia, EU) Estonian politician, a long time adviser of Estonian Centre Party Chairman Edgar Savisaar.

Education
Graduated the Tallinn 51 school 1987.

1987-1989 Served in the army of the USSR.

Graduated the Moscow International Independent University of Environmental and Political Sciences (IIUEPS), the bachelor of the right 2002.

Graduated the International University of Social Sciences LEX in Tallinn the commercial right 2003.

Master's Degree of St-Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics (ENGECON) in 2008.

Politics
1995-1998 the adviser of the Chairman of the Party of the Future of Estonia.

Since 1999 the Member of Estonian Centre Party and the Head of a Russian-speaking branch of the Youth Assembly of the Estonian Centre Party.

2000 adviser of the central bureau of Estonian Centre Party.

2000-2005 the member of the Union of lawyers of Estonia.

2002-2005 The counsellor of the mayor of Tallinn Edgar Savisaar

2005-2006 Vice mayor in Maardu city.

2005-2006 the Head of regional branch of Estonian Centre Party in Paldiski city

2007 Deputies of City Meeting of the city of Kiviõli have made proposals to Max Kaur to stand on a post of the mayor, Kaur has refused.

Since 2006 the vice rector of the Institute of Economics and Management ECOMEN in Estonia.

Since 2008 the member of Russian Academic Society of Estonia.
