Anna-Maria Galojan

Anna-Maria Galojan(born 23 February 1982) is an Estonian politician and political scientist.
She is in the second position of Estonian World Top WIP in theWIPlist.com.

Education
Galojan entering Tartu University where she read political science and baccalaureus artium on it. After graduation Anna-Maria continue with M.A. programme (magister artium) International Relations, Department of Political Science, Tartu University. She also attended the Estonian School of Diplomacy participating in the International Relations and European Integration programme.
Professional experience
From these early days Galojan has been deeply committed to the implementation of Estonia´s integration into European affairs and was actively involved in the country´s application for and membership of the European Union. She was an active member of the Estonian European Union Movement since 2002 when she was appointed Manager of the EU Referendum campaign whilst also acting as Adviser to the Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs. Having become a member of the Board of the Estonian European Movement in 2002 she was elected Director in 2007.She was a keen sponsor of the nomination of former President Arnold Rüütel as European Man of the Year in 2006. Anna-Maria is Political Analyst in newspaper The Baltic Times.
Throughout her political career Galojan has been commercially active. In 2004 she was appointed as Manager of EU projects, DBT AS and in 2005 Development Manager of Transgroup AS. Throughout these years she was a regular columnist for KARJERA business magazine and in 2007 became editor of Trasmedia. In 2008 Galojan was appointed Chairman of the Estonian Centre of Future Logistics.
Professional activities
Galojan is active in several cultural organizations including the English Speaking Union of Estonia, Estonian Purchasing and Supply Chains Management Association. Anna-Maria is also Member of Research group on “Estonian Energy Security in Context of EU Energy Policy”, Riigikogu Foreign Affairs Committee. Galojan is active member of the Russian Orthodox Church. She is a linguist being fluent in English, Estonian, Armenian, Russian, German and French.
