Matt Henry

Matt Henry was born June 19th, 1987 in Mississauga, Ontario. Matt currently is a running back and fullback for the Manitoba Bisons of CIS. Matt will enter the CFL draft as of May 2010 where he is ranked third among Canadian born fullbacks entering. Matt had played his high school football in Mississauga where he attended Applewood Heights and holds multiple school athletic records in football, basketball and rugby. He also excelled off the field in the classroom being on the honour roll, and also in music being in the school vocal and band program.

Early years
Matt attended Tomken Road Middle School, where he excelled on the flag football team. He played for the Etobicoke Eagles of the Ontario Varsity Football League. While in the league, he scored a league leading five touchdowns that amassed a combined 10 yards.
