Matauddin Peerzada

Matauddin Peerzada Chishty or Motamiyan Chishty IV (born 20 November 1984) is an Indian Sufi scholar and preacher from Gujarat, India.
Biography
Matauddin Peerzada Chishty was born on 20 November 1984 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in the Chishty Sufi family. His father Salimuddin Fariduddin Chishty heads the Mota Miyan Mangrol Sharif (Khanwada-e-Chishtiya-Faridiya-Sabiriya, a Sufi order) located in Surat, Gujarat.
He lives in Palej in Bharuch district of Gujarat.
He preaches Sufi principles like brotherhood, unity, cow rearing, communal harmony, spirituality, tree plantation, women's education, tobacco de-addiction.
He has established Global Sufi Peace and Research Foundation, a non-profit organisation.
Family
Matauddin Peerzada Chishty is a descendant of a Sufi family who trace their ancestry to legendary Sufi saint Ibrahim bin Adham Balkhi and the Prophet Muhammad. His great-grandfather Saiyed Matauddin alias Motamiyan Chishty's III and grandfather Saiyed Fariduddin Chishty held Mota Miyan Mangrol Sharif before his father succeeded.
