Mary Twice is a play by Welsh playwright Gary Owen. It was premiered at Porthcawl Pavilion, South Wales by Bridgend County Youth Theatre on 4th April 2008. Plot Summary The main character, Mary, is despondent about her boring life and is soon taken into "Otherworld" by her "spooky sibling" Grey Mary, and her gang: Merryman, Rosenose, Shiwann and the Sergeant. Grey Mary makes a deal: Mary will help regain the horrorhead from the King and Queen and Grey Mary will "end Mary's boring life forever". Mary helps to take back the horrorhead, but she doesn't realise that it is the source of all Grey Mary's power. She soon discovers that Grey Mary has tricked her and is soon trapped in otherworld, but manages to cross over to the real world and stop Grey Mary. In the end, Mary agrees that Grey Mary can visit her in the real world once every year.
