Plot
A teenage girl,Tamara, moves house and starts a new school leaving her old friend, Charlotte.
She meets a boy called Tyler, when revising on family trees they find out they're brother and sister. Their Mum is dead and Tyler is living with the murderer, they meet a creature called the darkness who is friendly but also their mum. Karl is their new friend but Tyler hates him when Karl is close to death, Tyler realises he's glad with what he has, and tries to save him.
Karl and Tamara fall in love towards the end thats when Tyler finds out Karl's a good friend once you get to know him.

Tamara is good at making her friends fell good about themselves.She is Tyler's sister but she loves Karl but she doesn't tell him because Tyler and Karl dont like eachother and that would just make Tyler feel worse. Karl and Tamara Kiss in ' Stay together '.Tamara and Karl also die in ' Saying goodbye '.
Karl is Tamara bestfriend. He hates Tyler for being mean to him. Karl comes close to death in 'It's not too late ' but Tyler saves him.Karl kiss' Tamara in 'Stay together'. Tamara and Karl also die in 'Saying goodbye'.
Tyler is Tamara's brother.He and Karl hate eachother but he saves Karl's life so Tyler forgives him. Tyler starts going out with Claire in 'stay together'. Tyler and Claire die in a car accident, 'The beginning of the end'
Claire Kiss' Karl when she was going out her old boyfriend Justin. Then she said she wanted Tyler so Claire is Tyler's girlfriend and Tamara's bestfriend.

The Darkness is Tamara and Tyler's mum. Their mum went missing for 12 years, Then they found out she wasn't dead Tamara was really upset because Karl knew and he didnt tell her. The darkness dies in 'The truth hurts'.
Dad is married to The darkness. Tyler and Tamara's dad is strict but very good at being a perant on his own. Dad dies in 'Saying goodbye'.
Charlotte is Tamara's old best friend. Appears in 'Saying goodbye'.
The murderer didn't kill Tamara and Tyler's mum but because they tried to kill her, The murderer tries to kill them.

Tamara and Tyler arrive at the boarding school but they dont want to be there. they realise that if they are bad then they can get expelled and go home will their plan work...?

Tyler and Tamara are finally home but there is one problem Karl has gone to the boarding school, will Karl ever come back?.

Karl is back a Kingsmore high and he meets Claire, he thinks he's fallen in love with her but he hasn't he kiss' Tamara and they finally go out. Claire ends her relationship with he old boyfrind Justin and goes out with Tyler.
8) The investigators adventure: The truth hurts
The darkness is about to die Tyler, Tamara, Claire and Karl have to be there for each other. They have to call their dad, will he make it in time?.
9) The investigators adventure: The beginning of the end
It's Tamara's birthday and she's hoping it will be the best one yet but Tyler and Claire die on the way to get Tamara's birthday in a car accident. She says that will be with her for the rest of her life.
10) The investigators adventure: Saying goodbye
It's the end for Tamara, Karl, Tyler, Claire, The darkness and Dad, Tamara gets stabbed by her old friend, Charlotte, so Karl stabbs himself to be with her, he said dying with her is better then living without her. Their Dad is left on his own so he kills himself so the whole family can be together again.
