Maronda Homes is a real estate and construction company based in Imperial, Pennsylvania, United States just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. Maronda Homes builds new single family homes and Townhomes in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia and Florida. History The company was founded in 1972 by William J. Wolf. Ronald Wolf is currently the company’s president. In 2012 Maronda Homes expanded their designs to a line of high-end residences. In 2016, the company began construction of new homes in Florida after buying lots in 2015. The company builds approximately 400 homes in the Palm Coast area each year. The company also expanded operations in Pennsylvania, despite opposition from local business owners. |
