Mark Mowad is a Canadian film director and producer. He was born in England, but has lived most of his life in Canada.
Career
In the early 1990's he directed music videos for Canadian artists such Alta Moda, Infidels, Eye Eye and Breeding Ground.
He now works extensively in television commercials, where his commercials have been recognized in award shows such as the London International Advertising Awards, the Bessie Awards (Canada), and the prestigious Clio International Advertising Awards, where the WonderBra Pantyhose “Crash” spot was selected from over 17,000 entries.
In 2004 he produced and directed Five Days To Fame “The Miss World Canada Story", a one-hour documentary that follows twenty-seven national finalist hopefuls as they compete for the title of Miss World Canada.
