Marcus leach

Marcus Lynn Leach, born as Marcus Lynn Lumpkin (June 3, 1985), is a partner at Leach & Associates LC, and manages its subsidiary lobbying group, known as Access Hill. Prior to this appointment, Leach served as a Foreign Expert in the People's Republic of China, under the nomination of the Euroway Centre in Shanghai and certification of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs.
Early life
Leach was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. He is one of nine children born to Evaline Lumpkin, a janitor, and Gale Leach, unknown occupation. Leach's parents separated prior to his birth and it is unknown whether Leach has ever met his father. By court order, initiated by his father, Leach's name was changed from Marcus Lynn Lumpkin to Marcus Lynn Leach on March 3, 1991.
During high school, Leach became involved with policy debate and soon became a national champion. His story became the subject of a book authored by Joe Miller, titled: Cross-X. After high school, Leach was nominated by U.S. 5th District Congresswoman Karen McCarthy to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point. Leach, however, declined this appointment and enrolled at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he could continue to debate with his high school partner and friend Brandon Dial. Leach graduated with a Bachelors of Art in Political Science and continued his education at Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C.
