Marc Parizeau

Born in Aylmer, Quebec, Marc 'PAZ' Parizeau is a Quebec-based producer, audio recording engineer and accomplished musician (drummer) who has contributed his musical and technical skills to countless national and international audio recordings including live projects. He is the Eldest son of the late Mike Parizeau (local Outaouais-area fiddler).
Marc has worked with artists in all genres of music - Céline Dion, Simple Plan, Bruce Cockburn, Jeff Healey, Barenaked Ladies, and Angela Hewitt just to name a few.
Nominated for a 2007 GEMINI AWARD for BEST SOUND in a COMEDY, VARIETY OR PERFORMING ARTS PROGRAM OR SERIES for the Christmas 2006 CBC TV Special: "Gospel Christmas Celebration".

Awarded the BRONZE WORLD MEDAL for Best Soundtrack/Audiomix in Television Programming & Promotion for The Big Band Broadcast at the 2007 NEW YORK FESTIVAL AWARDS.
Awarded the FINALIST CERTIFICATE for Best Soundtrack/Audiomix in Television Programming & Promotion for Evergreen Wishes presents Dancing Day at the 2007 NEW YORK FESTIVAL AWARDS. Recipient of the 2006 Gabriel Award for television "Arts - Local Release": Evergreen Wishes presents Dancing Day, a cycle of traditional carols composed by John Rutter, performed at the Knox Presbyterian Church in Ottawa on Dec. 4, 2005.
