DJ Swivel

DJ Swivel, born Jordan Young in 1984, is a Canadian music producer, audio engineer, and a DJ. Born in Toronto, Swivel later moved to New York City where he currently resides.
In 2005 after graduating top of his class at Full Sail, he relocated to New York where he works alongside Duro, a mix engineer in the urban music industry, as well as CEO of Desert Storm Records (Fabolous, DJ Clue). Through this partnership Swivel has worked on various projects alongside many industry veterans, including Jay-Z, Mariah Carey, Diddy, Pharrell, Britney Spears, Kanye West, and Fabolous, among others. Swivel is also Fabolous's personal engineer. He was named an Official Myspace.com DJ in April '07. He also is co-founder and co-owner in Silverbridge Media, a music publishing entity specializing in music for film and television.
His mother is Christine Bentley, the noon & 6:00 p.m. news anchor for the Toronto television station CFTO.
