Lynn Fitch

In 2009, Lynn Fitch was selected by Governor Haley Barbour to serve as Executive Director of the Mississippi State Personnel Board. In 2011, Lynn Fitch decided to run for the republican candidate for Mississippi Treasurer.
Recognition
Lynn has been recognized for her professionalism and leadership abilities by several organizations. She has been named one of the 50 Leading Business Women in Mississippi and to the inaugural class of Leadership in Law by the Mississippi Business Journal. In addition to these accolades, Lynn has also served as counsel for the Mississippi House of Representatives and as a special assistant attorney general in the Attorney General’s office. Fitch was recently named as one of the 50 Leading Business Women of 2008 by the Mississippi Business Journal. She is past president of the Mississippi Women Lawyers Association, a former bar commissioner for the Mississippi State Bar, and serves on the Board of Governors for the National Association of Unemployment Insurance Appellate Boards.
She holds both a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi.
