Luxembourg Approach Controllers Association (LACA) is a trade union that officially and exclusively represents the approach controllers at Luxembourg - Findel Airport. The union opposed government proposals to outsource air traffic control to German or Belgian companies. Tower controllers at Findel Airport are represented by a different organisation, the Guilde Luxembourgeoise des Contrôleurs de la Circulation Aérienne (GLCCA). All air traffic controllers in Luxembourg are employed by the Administration de la Navigation Aérienne, the local Air Navigation Service Provider. LACA was founded in 2003 by nine air traffic controllers. Today, about 20 air traffic controllers are affiliated with LACA. , its president is Ralph Roller.
