Michael Duck

Michel Duck is the Senior Vice President of UBM Asia Ltd part of United Business Media plc. Not only a leading organiser of trade fairs throughout Asia but also a provider of business information through various publications and websites.
Duck worked in Australia, Belgium, Greece, Italy, New Zealand and the UK before settling in Hong Kong in the eighties. Prior to joining UBM Asia, he was trading director for the Vestey Group based in Hong Kong.
He is currently Vice President and Treasuer of UFI and Chairman of the Sustainbability Committee- the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry and serves on committees of many local organisations including the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce - Asia/Africa Committee, the Hong Kong Coalition of Service Industries, Hong Kong Exhibition and Convention Industry Association (HKECIA) and the Rotary Club of Hong Kong.
Mr Duck resides in Hong Kong
His wife is Jasmine, Armenian-Iranian and he has three children Francesca 21, Katrina 19 and Simon 17.
