LUMEnergi is an American company that uses dimming electronic ballast and associated control technologies to create lighting control systems for commercial and industrial buildings. Dimming and control technologies are used to curb energy use and save electricity spent on lights.
History
The company is based in Newark, California and is privately-held and venture-funded by Noventi Ventures and Low Carbon Accelerator Limited. It partners with OEMs to offer distributors, ESCOs, contractors, lighting architects and building owners a portfolio of lighting systems.

iB-100 Intelligent Dimming Ballast
LUMEnergi’s iB-100 dimmable ballast enables energy savings through dimming and advanced lighting controls. Its patent-pending control technology integrates with LUMEnergi’s Lighting Management and Control System (LMCS) to provide lighting management and energy savings.
The iB-100 ballast is compatible with LMCS and other manufacturers' control systems. It can operate in either industry-standard low voltage 0-10VDC or Digital Addressable Lighting Interface (DALI) control modes, and takes a wide-range of electrical inputs, ranging from 120V to 277V and 48VDC for emergency lighting applications. The iB-100 ballast can also address one to three lamp deployments of T8 lamps with a single product model.
