Loyalty Assurance

Loyalty Assurance is
an aspect of Human Resource Management which focuses on the assessment of the morale of a given workforce alongside worker happiness and general output. It is commonly deployed by human resources managers to decrease staff attrition rates and retain key employees and skillsets within an organisation. This area of human resource research and practice has received significantly more attention in American and European organisations in recent decades as an increasingly technology-driven, service-based economy has meant that retaining and developing key skillsets within an organisation has been particularly important.
