Los Chupacabra

Donald Semyon (born 1966) is a semi active American wrestler more commonly known as El Chupacabra, Los Chupacabra, or They Call Me Cactus. Semyon appeared most recently in NWA Wildside during the early part of the decade, and considers his primary influences Dynamite Kid, Chris Jericho, The Conquistadors, Curry Man, and Sid Eudy.
Attempted negotiations with WWF
In early 1998 Semyon traveled to Stamford, CT to open a direct dialogue with WWF talent relations and come to an agreement. Attempts to get past the front door proved fruitless however.
Tour of Scotland
In the summer of 2008 Semyon made a tour of various locations within the United Kingdom, including Scotland.
Outside of Wrestling
Entertainment
In addition to wrestling, Donald Semyon has worked in other venues. He was the founder of the Performance Art group Justice League of Avoca, and appeared as El Chupacabra during many of the groups site-specific performance pieces in the Tampa Bay area.
Another venture saw his performing as The Reverend E. Flats as a member of the Simple Garden Gnomes (circa 1987-1989) and performed on the Wilkes-Barre, PA anti-folk circuit
