Living computers theory

Living computers theory is a fledgling physical theory that all living entities are information processors (computers). It makes no comment on metaphysics.
It is distinct from but related to Biological Computation and Bioinformatics which are well-established concepts. The former typically refers to the creation of biological entities for specific computing purposes (for example, DNA-based computing) and the latter to the use of mathematical algorithms and computers to analyse biological information.
Living computers theory views biochemical processes such as signal transduction and neuronal synapses as information processes.
