List of vehicles in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

There are over 95 unique vehicles in the videogame, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Most of them are close parodies to some model of vehicle that was produced in the 80's, which is the setting in the game. Most of the vehicles can be found anywhere in the game as they are generated randomly. The main purose of this article is to show what real vehicle the fictional vehicles of GTA Vice City parody. The side-by-side pictures really demonstrate how closely modeled many of the vehicles are. Infernus 100px 100px The Infernus is a fictional sports car from the video game series, Grand Theft Auto. It, like many other elements of the game, parodies something real. The Infernus parodies a Lamborghini. The Infernus is one of the most popular cars in the game; however, it is not necessarily the fastest. In Vice City, there is one faster car, the Hotring Racer, but it is only be attainable under special circumstances. In San Andreas, the Infernus is the fastest car, seconded by the Hotring Racer. The Infernus is also used to represent the game, as it can be seen in advertisements. Hotring Racer The Hotring Racer is a fictional car in the Grand Theft Auto Series of videogames. It is essentially a Nascar, as it resebles one very closley in looks, and it is used to race with other Hotring Racers in the game. It is the fastest car in Vice City, and the second fastest car in San Andreas, in which game the Infernus is the fastest. Attainability The Hotring Racer is not found driving the streets in any of the games as it can only be attained by special circumstances such as the completion of a certain mission. It can also be attained, as well as all other vehicles in the game, by entering a cheat code. Banshee The Banshee is a fictional sportscar that parodies a C4 Chevy Corvette. Moonbeam The Moonbeam is a fictional mini van that loosly resembles a mini-van which Chevy produced from 1985 to 2005, the Chevy Astro, or Astro Van. The Moonbeam spawns randomly and can hence be found on any road. Bobcat 100px The Bobcat is a fictional pickup truck that resembles a first generation Ford Ranger. It can be found in Vice Point. Angel 100px The Angel is a fictional motorcycle which parodies a Harley Davidson. Freeway The Freeway is another fictional motorcycle which also parodies a Harley, and it is very similar to the Angel. Ambulance The Ambulance resembles a third generation Ford E-350 body. The Ambulance can be found at any hospitol or can be attained by killing people, after which it will shortly arrive. Comet 100px The Comet is a fictional small convertable which parodies a Porche 911. Mesa Grande 100px The Mesa Grande is an off road vehicle which very closely resembles a Jeep Wrangler. Patriot 100px 100px The Patriot is an army vehicle which resembles a Hummer H1. The Patriot can be found at Phil's Place. Benson The Benson is a fictional small box truck, the body of which resembles a heavy duty Ford F-Series truck. Cheetah 100px The Cheetah is a fictional sportscar which parodies a Ferrari Testarossa.
