List of StarCraft II Units

StarCraft II trilogy is a sequel in StarCraft series. This list describes all units in the respective factions.
Protoss
* Zealot - Basic unit in Protoss factions. They are the lowest ranking in Khala. Armed with psi-blades and blessed with shields,they use their abilities to fight in front lines.
Variations:
Aiur Zealot - They are Zealots who underwent stasis in Spear of Adun. They are armed with psionic spears,replacing psi-blades.
Sentinel - Purifier Zealots programmed with an AI,instead of memories.
Centurion - Nerazim's counterpart. With different set of abilities than regular Zealots.
Tal'Darim - Nearly identical with regular Zealots.
* Stalker - Anti-air and anti-ground ranged warrior. Made from essences of Dark Templars wished to fight once again,placed upon machines with life support emplaced. Armed with particle disruptors and shields.
* Immortal - Protoss answer to Dragoon's loss in Aiur. Made from bodies of crippled Templars who wants to fight again,emplaced in a solution to make them fight again. Armed with phase disruptors and shields.
Variations:
Dragoon - Aiur's original walker,lost in Aiur. Later activated once again by Artanis.
Vanguard - Tal'Darim version of Immortal. They are piloted by disgraced Tal'Darim warriors who want to repent by fighting until their last breath once again.
Annihilator - Nerazim's counterpart. Made from near-death Nerazim warriors who was placed into machines. Can attack both air and ground in exchange of shields.
* Probe - Protoss robotic construction and harvester unit.
* Adept - Protoss Templars fitted with Purifier cannons,amplifying their abilities.
* Observer - Protoss scout unit. Can detect cloaked,invisible and burrowed units,but unarmed.
* Sentry - Protoss support unit. Drones that can copy any unit they used Hallucination and support units by putting force fields.
Variations:
Energizer - Purifier's Sentry counterpart
Havoc - Tal'Darim Sentry counterpart
* Colossus - Protoss cliff-scaling unit. They can eliminate ground units with incinerator beams.
Variations:
Wrathwalker - Tal'Darim version can deal heavy damage in a single unit.
Reaver - Aiur Protoss' version of siege unit. Armed with scarabs rather than incinerating cannons.
Colossus - Purifier version of Colossus.
* High Templar - Protoss psi caster.
Variations:
Ascendant - Tal'Darim counterpart of High Templar. Made up of warriors that "ascends" by defeating their superiors in a duel to the death.
* Dark Templar - Nerazim warriors that can cloak. They are armed by either scythes or shadow psi-blades,depending on which clan they came from.
Variations:
Avenger - Aiur version. Left behind during the fall of Aiur,they can fend for themselves,while avenging the fall of Aiur.
Blood Hunter - Tal'Darim warriors that can cloak. They make themselves stronger by hunting and killing weaker or insubordinate Tal'Darim citizens.
* Archon - Made by merging 2 High Templars. They retain their psionic ability,but gains attack.
Variations:
Dark Archon - Made by merging 2 Dark Templars.
* Disruptor - Purifier-only Protoss unit. Can discharge it's powers on enemies.
* Phoenix - Anti-air unit. Fights only air unit to their best.
Variations:
Corsair - Nerazim's version of the Phoenix.
Mirage - Purifier's version of the Phoenix.
* Void Ray - Anti-ground and surface unit. Fires a beam which eliminates their targets. Nerazim variant is default.
Variations:
Arbiter - Aiur's version of Void Ray. Manned by Judicators. More support than anti-ground and air unit.
Destroyer - Tal'Darim's version of Void Ray. Can fight several weaker units in comparison of overtime damage of Void Rays.
*Oracle - Nerazim support ship.
* Tempest - Anti-ground and air unit. Can charge and use kinetic beams as weapons.
* Mothership - Main unit in Protoss arsenal. Can fight ground units and support friendly units,although slow moving.
Variations:
Mothership core - The core of a mothership.
Tal'Darim Mothership - Tal'Darim's version of motherships,and main ships of the Death Fleet.
Tempest - Purifier version of Mothership. Can fight both air and ground targets.
Carrier - Aiur version of main fighter. Can spawn Interceptors to fight the Carrier's enemies.
* Warp Prism - Protoss transport unit. They are capable of warping units.
Hero units
* Zeratul - Based on Dark Templar.
* Karass - Based on High Templar,can attack both ground and air.
* Urun - Rides a Phoenix.
* Purifier Mothership - Seen only in Haven mission "Safe Haven",attacking colonies unless the Raiders shoot it down after destroying the Nexii in the area.
* Selendis - Rides a Carrier.
* Mohandar - Rides a Void Ray.
* Tassadar - Based on a High Templar. Died when he does kamikaze attack,destroying both him and the Overmind. Actually,Ouros is the creator of his "spirit".
* Shield of Aiur - Artanis rides this Mothership in the last stand.
* Tal'Darim Mothership - Tal'Darim Mothership is the main ship in Death Fleet.
* Artanis - Based on a Zealot. After Zeratul's death,gains 2 different psi-blades. Returns to being default after Aiur mission.
* Vorazun - Matriarch of Nerazim. Armed with psi-scythes.
* Alarak - Highlord (formerly Ascendant) of the Tal'Darim. Armed with bane blades.
* Talandar (Fenix) - Purifier with Fenix's memories installed. Armed with purifier blades.
* Karax - Protoss Phasesmith promoted to Templar by controlling the Spear of Adun. Armed with servitor drones.
