List of one-off characters from The Mighty Boosh

The following is a list of one-off characters from The Mighty Boosh, including characters from the television series, the radio series, and the various stage shows. Most of the one-off characters are played by Julian Barratt, Noel Fielding, Rich Fulcher, or a special guest.

Anthrax
Anthrax (Dee Plume) is a goth girl who accompanies Ebola to Vince and Howard's flat in "Nanageddon".

The Ape of Death
The Ape of Death (Rich Fulcher) is the ruler of Monkey Hell, who is prone to hair problems. Howard and Vince encounter him in "Bollo"

B
Banoo
Banoo (Ramon Tikaram) is a warrior from Planet Xooberon, with a disregard for punctuality. He appears in "Fountain of Youth"

Barry
Barry (Noel Fielding) is a Welsh shaman, whose familiar is a Bat called Chrissie. He appears in "The Call of the Yeti".

Bigleg
Bigleg appears briefly towards the end of the Mighty Boosh Live, as a long leg coming from off the side of the stage and defeating the Hitcher by kicking him. His catchphrase is "I hate whites!" and he has his own theme song.

The Black Frost
The Black Frost (Dave Brown) is a character seen on the episode "Tundra" of series 1. He enters the scene with drum & bass playing in the background. He has a pair of red Y-Fronts which let out a blast of frost that can freeze you in seconds. He is black all over with red Y-Fronts and boots. He also has a black spikey nose and spikey black hair. After being killed by a polar bear Vince looks down at his boots and comments "I'm having them" as he has a pair exactly the same but in white.

The Black Tubes
The Black Tubes (The Horrors) are a band which Vince briefly joins after adhering to their thin-legs policy in "The Chokes", at the end of this episode Sammy The Crab appears to have joined their band.

Harold Boon
Harold Boon (Simon Farnaby) is a doppelgänger of Howard Moon. Together with Lance Dior, they make up The Flighty Zeus. They appear in "The Power of the Crimp"

Dick Braindamage
Dick Braindamage (Kim Noble) is a punk and the documentary maker for Terminal Margaret. He is killed by the jazz cell in "Journey to the Centre of Punk".

Donny Braindamage
Donny Braindamage (The Rev) is a punk and the guitarist of punk band Terminal Margaret. He is killed by the jazz cell in "Journey to the Centre of Punk".

Hamilton Cork
Hamilton Cork (Simon Farnaby) is a book publisher who is friends with Dixon Bainbridge. He appears in "Charlie".

F
Montgomery Flange
Montgomery Flange (Noel Fielding) is an aged actor, who teaches Howard to overcome stage fright in "The Chokes". His character is an obvious play on actors of the 'old school,' such as Peter O'Toole and Sir John Gielgud. He eventually succumbs to a heart attack after manually removing the chokes from Howard. While touring, Ferry would leave Vince in the care of several different animals. He attempts to barter information about the whereabouts of yetis to Howard in exchange for time alone with Vince, whom he refers to as a 'nubile young princess.' Vince then burns Kodiak Jack's nose with a pair of Nicky Clarke straightening tongs, quoting that they are 'the hottest you can get'.

Executive Producer, and well-known British comedian Steve Coogan asked Noel and Julian if he could play the part of Kodiak Jack when he first read the draft of the script, but they told him that they had reserved the part for Rich Fulcher

Jerome the Crack Fox
Jerome the Crack Fox (Julian Barratt) is an urban homeless fox who attempts human genocide in "The Strange Tale of the Crack Fox".

Micky Jizz
Micky Jizz (Stuart Silver) is a punk and the bassist of punk band Terminal Margaret. He is killed by the jazz cell in "Journey to the Centre of Punk".

Milky Joe
Milky Joe (Julian Barratt) is an outcome of Howard and Vince's shared coconut-induced hallucination; a coconut shell with a makeshift male face and body. He is a French philosopher; constantly discussing philosophy and geology with Howard.

Jupiter
Jupiter (Rich Fulcher) in the Mighty Boosh he is a good friend of the Moon, and in the list of best friends that the Moon reads, Jupiter is second after saturn. He helped the Moon by eating the imposter Moon. Jupiter appears in "The Power of the Crimp"

The King
The King (Nicholas Burns) is the monarch of Planet Xooberon, who appears in "Fountain of Youth".

L
Precious Lilywhite
Precious Lilywhite is an outcome of Howard and Vince's shared coconut-induced hallucination; a coconut shell with a makeshift female face and body, seen in "The Nightmare of Milky Joe". She's abusive to Howard, who accidentally kills her.

M
Bruno Mindhorn
MINDHORN (Julian Barratt) Is a contemporary musician who Howard and Vince find in Club "Numbahageenoo AKA GradaBar" in the radio show episode "Jungle". He states that he fell in love with a woman who's got no eyes that he found painting cows in Brugge. She has no real name but Bruno calls her Mrs China. She wears a Coiffure. Their relationship ended in bloodshed. Now she lives in a glass in the town hall in Ghent. And every three years on a Tuesday Bruno dusts her.

Monkey
Rudi (Julian) and Spider (Noel) find Monkey in a town full of women which has been deserted by men. The town is cursed by an evil villain, The Betamax Bandit, who regularly takes his fill of the women; all except Monkey who covers herself in peanut butter as Betamax has an allergy to peanuts. The other women think she is strange because she has visions and drinks her own urine and she smells of peanuts so they leave her alone.

N
Nanatoo
Nanatoo (Margaret John) is the most evil demon known to humankind, in the form of an elderly woman. She is summoned accidentally by Vince, who is attempting to impress two goth girls with black magic, in "Nanageddon".

Neon
Neon (Dee Plume) is an electro girl, who is the keytarist of electro band Kraftwerk Orange. She appears in "Electro".

Pete Neon
Pete Neon (Anthony Rossomando) is an elusive celebrity, who exhibits the mannerisms of a timid bird. He is tagged by Vince for his "Celebradar" in "Eels".
Vince states earlier in the episode that Pete Neon is 'part flamingo', and this is demonstrated later as Vince lifts Neon's trouser leg, exposing a thin pink flamingo-like leg.

Gary Numan
Gary Numan (himself) is mentioned in previous episodes and later appears in "The Power of the Crimp".

Sammy the Crab
Sammy the Crab is a crab actor, who goes on a murderous rampage after being fed alcohol and cocaine by The Black Tubes in "The Chokes".

Sandstorm
Sandstorm (Julian Barratt) is an entity made of sandpaper to whom Vince gifts a pair of gloves, which he uses to masturbate; in return Sandstorm gives Vince a horn to call him. He later saves Vince, Howard, Naboo and Bollo from Evil Tree when Vince summons him with the horn he was given. He then sands Evil Tree down into a table. He appeared in "Fountain of Youth".

Spirit of Jazz
The Spirit of Jazz (Noel Fielding) is the spirit to whom Howard sells his soul to for great talent on all musical instruments. When Howard picks up an instrument the Spirit of Jazz "gets inside him" making him do embarrassing things. Originally trapped inside a hoover by Naboo the Spirit of Jazz finally catches up with Howard at Vince's band Kraftwerk Orange entering him by inserting the hoover nozzle up Howard's rectum. He appears in "Electro".
The Rogue Jazz Cell that appears in Journey to the Centre of Punk is very similar in voice and appearance to the Spirit of Jazz.

Mr Susan
Mr Susan (Julian Barratt) is an entity made of rags and chamois leathers, who guards the Mirror World in "Bollo". He has a pair of mirror balls hanging from his groin that he likes to point at, saying "Look at them shine."

T
Tommy
Tommy (Rich Fulcher) can be seen in "Jungle". He is the previous owner of "The Zooniverse" and he had been missing for 10 years. He survived on cheese and had a big fatty deposit of cheese on the top half of his head. Tommy was Howard's hero but he had gone completely loony after being in the jungle room for so long.

Ultra
Ultra (Sue Denim) is an electro girl who is the drummer for electro band Kraftwerk Orange. She appears in "Electro".
