Libraries in the London Borough of Newham There are 10 libraries in the London Borough of Newham , as well as a mobile library and home reader services. . Stratford Library is an official depository for the London Olympics 2012 and also has a model of the Olympics site available for public viewing . * Canning Town * Plaistow * North Woolwich * Beckton * Manor Park * Custom House * Stratford * Forest Gate * Green Street * East Ham A new branch is also planned as part of the Stratford City development . Language collections in Newham libraries reflect the diversity of the Borough with collections in more than 20 languages , including Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil, Malayalam, Chinese, Arabic, Latvian, Lithuanian, Russian, Polish, French, Portuguese, German, Spanish and Somali. Services Internet access is available in all local libraries.
