Harish Iyer Harish Iyer, an Indian national, is an online activist who set up in the wake of the [Terror in Bombay (Mumbai) on 26 November 2008]. On 26-11-2008 terrorists had stormed into 3 of the most prominent hotels that was a house to many foreign nationals, "Taj", "Oberoi" and the "Trident". They stay put in the hotel for 3 days, ranging a horrendous battle with the police and killing innocent inhabitants of the hotel. Harish calls his blog a "Virtual Helpline" through this space he was able to reach-out to relatives of foreign nationals who were trapped inside the hotel. He called up the hotel's helpline numbers and updated the blog regularly during the 3 day siege. He also mentioned his mobile number on the blog so that worried relatives could reach him directly.
