Linda Pinizzotto is a Canadian radio personality, and founder and president of the Condo Owners Association in Ontario (COA Ontario), a non-profit association registered in March 2010 which aims to raise public awareness of the lack of consumer protection for Condominium owners in Ontario, and promote better and more accountable legislation within Ontario's Condominium Act. Pinizzotto appeared on the CBC documentary The Condo Game, which outlined the condominium issues on new condo construction. She appeared on CBC Metro Morning to provide information on condominium accidents. Pinizzotto advocates for better rules regarding security and safety. She has been interviewed about drug labs found in high rise condominiums, and was on the Ontario Fire Marshal Technical Advisory Committee for recommendations relating to unsafe levels of carbon monoxide. Pinizzotto has advocated for improvements to Ontario's condominum legislation, and was a member of a provincial committed examining reforms. Pinizzotto has spent countless hours covering the condominium issues on COA Ontario and her radio show. She has been mentioned or quoted in The Toronto Star, The Toronto Sun, and on Global Toronto. Personal Pinizzotto has dual citizenship Canadian and German. She was born in Toronto, Canada to German immigrated parents. Pinizzotto resides in Toronto with her husband, Derrick Thomas. She has three professional hockey player sons, Steve Pinizzotto is with the NHL Edmonton Oilers, Jason Pinizzotto with the SC Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, and Marc had played for the Black Dragons Erfurt in Thuringia, Germany.
