Nelly has been working since early 2010, in his fifth studio album - That is fully in English language - which plans to launch in the summer of 2011. In a recent interview stated that mixed hip hop, pop, rock and Afro-Caribbean styles.
"The making of Lifestyle has me very happy because I return part of my passion for musical experimentation. I have some surprises, such as collaboration with my producer, Salaam Remi, a hip-hop grounder called 'Nothing', or a vocalist with Passion Pit, Michael Angelakos call, 'Round'. "
In another interview with Billboard declared to be influenced by alternative music groups like Janelle Monae, The XX and Florence and the Machine, And she said that Timbaland would probably be on the album.
"Now that I've been recording a lot, I've been in the studio. Every time I make an album just trying to capture the emotions are real," She said in a YouTube clip.
"I am a music lover who´s constantly listening, especially in my car. What I want with my album is done and remove someone emotionally, if the song is fast or slow."
She continued: "I am the recordings and my favorite songs are on the cutting edge and falling off in the way I am in the process now .. I'm singing with a new passion in my fifth album, with a newfound love of singing , performance, drama and art. There is a real force in the new album due out in 2011. "
The first single is expected to come out around April.
