Lesly Joseph

Lesly G. Joseph, born in 1975, is the senior pastor and founder of Church of All Nations International. He is also a Doctor in Ministry and the founder of UBDN (Université Biblique Des Nations, Church of All Nations Bible University).
He is married and has three children: Lesly Keenan, Nathan Keith, and Evangeline.
Early life
Dr. Lesly JOSEPH grew up in Brooklyn, NY until the age of 15, and then followed his parents who moved to Miami, Florida.
In the beginning of the year 1998, he was studying in a Christian University and also working as a very young minister in a large church in . He was highly involved in the ministry of evangelism of students of a local university near by (PLU), and several successful on-site outreach programs were implemented. As he was praying one day, he felt deeply in his heart that he had to go to Paris, France as a missionary. He began to see himself walking in the streets of Paris and preaching in front of crowds.
This is how he left the US and arrived in Paris in September 1998 as a missionary to work and to establish a church under the spiritual guidance of his sending church in Graham, Washington.
Early 1999 he began to gather a few people (seven) in the basement of a gift shop lent to him for free twice a week at 8pm. After laboring for 5 and half months in Paris, he found a place to rent for Sunday meetings. In 2000, the Church was officially registered at the Police Prefecture of Paris under the law of 1905 for religious associations.
The church quickly grew to be an assembly of 60 members within a few months.
But this was not going to last, as the home church in the US asked him to come back to work and teach evangelism to the school. When he told his leaders about the worries concerning the early stage of this church in Paris, they just told him he had to give up his assembly in Paris to go back to the USA…
He was offered a comfortable position in the church of Graham, a large amount of money and a house for him and his wife so that they would give up the church in Paris and stay in the US to work for the mother church. Then the leaders came to France to officially close the church, because it was not based on their legalistic point of view.
After staying in the home church for 6 months and after a lot of prayers, Dr. Joseph came back to Paris in 2002 to find a group of only 5 people. They had no place to meet, no money and no help. But he kept on trusting in the vision he received.
