Lenora Claire

Lenora Claire (born June 1, 1980 in New York City) is an American lowbrow art curator, model, and writer based in Los Angeles.
In December 2004, Claire produced former Marilyn Manson bassist Gidget Gein's first art show in Hollywood, titled “Gollywood.”
Claire first gained wide attention in a variety of media, including; NPR, LA Times, LA Weekly, The National Enquirer, MTV News, TMZ, Defamer, and many celebrity/gossip blogs and websites, with her “Golden Gals Gone Wild” exhibit that debuted at the World of Wonder gallery in summer 2007. The show featured erotic depictions of the cast of the American sitcom The Golden Girls.
Claire also curated the Bettie Page "Heaven Bound" art show , a group show that featured art by Olivia De Berardinis, Bunny Yeager, Colin Christian, Marla Rutherford, Steve Diet Goedde, Ed Mironiuk, and Jim Silke. Guests included Dita Von Teese, Mamie Van Doren, Elvira, Julie Newmar, Kim Fowley, and Perez Hilton. She has also presented her own art in other shows, including the World of Wonder Gallery’s “Just Britney” presentation.
Claire was on the editorial staff of Frontiers for 4 years (2004-2008) . While at the magazine Claire had over two hundred articles published including interviews with John Waters, Elvira, Lynda Carter, Bob Mackie, and Julie Newmar.
Claire has appeared as a model in nationwide ads for Hot Topic and has modeled for pin-up artist Olivia De Berardinis and Austin Young , and Marla Rutherford who photographed her as part of the USA Network Character Project ad campaign
Claire's portrait from the campaign has appeared on billboards in Times Square, advertisements on the NYC subway, commercials for the network, as well as in a National Touring Exhibition.
Claire has also appeared on several television programs including Allez a' L.A. that aired on France's Canal Plus network .
Claire also hosts a webseries called DoNUTS on WOW.TV .
