Lahme is the Arabic word for Meat. The entire aspect of the word "lahme" has evolved into many songs and parodies, resulting in wide usage as a phrase. The original "Lahme Song" has resulted in the phrases "Ana bahib al-Lahme ktheer" and "Lahme is ze best creation in ze univeeerse." The Lahme craze is quickly growing across Arab Americans, especially in places with large Arab populations. It is becoming so popular, that some non-Arab Americans are begining to say it due to the excessive use of the word by Arabs at their school/community.
