Kristin Patrick

Kristin Patrick is a marketing executive who currently serves as president and Chief Marketing Officer of Eros Innovations. Patrick has over 20 years of experience in global marketing with time at GAP, Liz Claiborne, NBCUniversal, Calvin Klein, The Walt Disney Company, Revlon, Playboy, and PepsiCo.
Kristin holds a B.A in Business from Emerson College and attended Southwestern University School of Law. She resides in Los Angeles with her daughter, Olivia.
Early career
Early in her career, Kristin was the Chief Marketing Officer for Playboy Enterprises where she created a new business plan for the brand, moving Playboy into new business sectors including night clubs and digital initiatives.
PepsiCo
During her tenure at PepsiCo, Patrick was the first-ever Global Chief Marketing Officer. In 2014, Kristin led the largest global campaign in the history of the Pepsi, combining the worlds of celebrity, sport, music, fashion and art/design in support of Pepsi's annual football program. Patrick then managed the PepsiCo Global Beverage Brands portfolio where she was responsible for defining and managing the growth agenda, expansion opportunities and marketing communication across many of the company's flagship brands.
In her final role at PepsiCo, Kristin was made the global CMO, where she was responsible for delivering the company's long-term global growth strategy and expansion plans. She was tasked with ushering in a new era of digital content and data competency while continuing to build global plans and programs across PepsiCo's portfolio.
Accolades
Patrick was named one of the "Top 50 Women in Brand Marketing" by Brand Innovators in 2015 and 2016.
She was also named to the 40 Over 40 Digital Marketers Campaign list in 2017.
