Krishnacharitmanas

<big>Krishna Charit Manas</big> is an epic poem composed in Hindi by Late Shri Gocharya ji (1939-2012) . It is the outcome of lifetime devotion of Sh Gocharyaji for 40 years (during 1972 to 2012). It is one of the greatest work in Poetic form in Hindi Literature. It contains full life description of Lord Krishna in poetic form. Author has ensured to maintain the historical facts and referred to over 40 reference granths, whose list is given on the last page of each part.

Introduction of the Author Gocharyaji
Born on April 18, 1939 in a small village of Uttar Pradesh, named Ramnagar, Tehsil Dibai, Distt Bulandshahr, UP, India.
Father Sh Janaki Prasad Lodhi was soft-spoken ordinary peasant (Farmer) and mother Shrimati Haripirya Devi was peace-loving housewife.
He had 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Married in year 1957 with Shrimati Bhagwan Devi. He was blessed with 2 daughters and 2 sons.
Educational Qualification
# from Agra University.
# M.A. (Sociology) from Aligarh Muslim University
# M.Ed from Himachal University (Shimla)
He learnt poetry, Astrology and Palmistry from Guru Shri Shankar Lal Pandaji.
He was English teacher in Govt School in New Delhi, India and retired as Vice-Principal. Apart from reading & research, doing something for the society was his passion. He was a social worker also. He held various positions in Lodhi Kshatriya Mahasabha, India. In reading his favourite topics were Ved, Puran, Upanishad & History.
