Kourosh Kalantar-Zadeh

Kourosh Kalantar-Zadeh (born 1971) (also written as “Kalantarzadeh” or “Kalantar-zadeh”) is an Australian (of Iranian ethnicity) scientist, educator, consultant and investigator in nanotechnology science, electrical engineering, microfluidics, business, and microsensor engineering. He is currently an associate professor at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University).

Kourosh Kalantar-Zadeh is recognized worldwide for his expansive work in the fields of nanotechnology and sensors and for having authored the main textbook of Nanotechnology Enabled Sensors.
He lives in Melbourne, Victoria, and frequently travels to the USA, UK and China for research collaboration. His brother, Kamyar Kalantar-Zadeh is a physician scientist in the USA.
