History
The company was founded as Knight Knox International in 1997 by Jeremy Knight. Following a management takeover in 2014, the company rebranded to Knight Knox, highlighting its shift in focus to the UK property market.
In 2015, Knight Knox completed its 50th UK development . with 50 development sites across the UK, 28 of them in the North West . The projects had a total development value in excess of £360 million.
Knight Knox, in partnership with X1 Developments, had started the construction on a mega development in Salford. The 1,100-apartment scheme next to MediaCityUK was set to be North West's largest residential scheme .
In the same year, the company sold 2,088 units equating to £252m worth of property . The company had also doubled its office space and increased its headcount to a total of 57 employees.
In 2016, the company reported a record turnover of £15.5m, a £2m increase since 2015.
In 2017, Knight Knox, in partnership with X1 Developments, launched a 755-apartment scheme within the Peel Group-owned Manchester Waters site, expected to be completed in 2019 .
