Kishor Panthi

Kishor Panthi(),is a writer and investigative journalist born in Gulmi district, Nepal and and now resides in New York ,USA.
Kishor generally writes about issues involving social issues and politics. He is known as young investigative journalist of Nepal. For several years he worked for ,including on the investigative programme (Operation Big News).
Biography

started to write some articles in national weekly magazine at the age of 16. He wrote many articles in Resunga Weekly and Janaawhan Weekly. He worked as a reporter in a weekly newspaper at the age of 17.
At age of 19, he started to work in a news radio as a news editor and news anchor. At that time , he wrote many investigative reports in famous monthly magazine Mulyankan. He wrote investigative news storeies about maoist,a underground rebellion group of Nepal. He interviewed with maoist supremo Prachanda and second leader Dr. Baburam Bhattarai in the period of war.
At age of 22 , he started to work in weekly magazine Swabhiman weekly which was started to publish from Pokhara, second city of Nepal. He worked as a editor for 6 months in this magazine. After that , he went to Butwal, another city of Nepal. He started to publish another weekly magazine Jana Ahwan from Butwal . He covered important political issues, local news and features . At that time, he wrote many articles in national daily newspapers.
He wrote dozens of investigative article in national daily newspapers, weekly and monthly magazines. He also speaked occasionally at school and college classes about journalism. After 6 months, he went to Palpa district of nepal where he worked as a news editor in a radio station 'Paschimanchal radio'.
He was known as most dashing Nepalese radio journalist in Palpa. That's why, a national news telivision, Sagarmatha Television offered him for the post of news anchor and news editor. And he started to work as news editor and anchor in Sagarmatha television and Rajdhani news radio for one year. After that, he started to work as news editor and anchor in . and ABC news radio. He is most popular young tv journalist in Nepal . He was chief editor in monthly magzine Samaybodh and weekly magzine Hamro Ahwan . He was famous writer for , Nayapatrika Dailyand Samay Weekly.
Unfortunately, he went to USA because of professional insecurity. Now a days, he is busy in some research work in New York. He works in Nayapatrika daily as a investigative reporter from USA and writing many articles about national and international politics in daily and monthly nepalese newspapers and magazine .
